Educational Purpose Only
The Mentorship Services are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute financial, investment, trading, or other professional advice. OQuants Ltd. is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and does not provide personalized investment advice. All trading and investment decisions you make are your sole responsibility.
No Guarantee of Results
Participation in the Mentorship Services does not guarantee profitability, specific outcomes, or avoidance of losses. Trading involves risk, and you may lose all or more than your initial investment. You understand and agree that results will vary based on your individual effort, application of concepts, and market conditions.
Payments, Deposits, and Refunds
To secure a spot in a mentorship cohort, a non-refundable deposit may be required. All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of the mentorship period. Except as required by applicable law, all payments for Mentorship Services are non-refundable once the cohort has commenced.
Scheduling and Attendance
Mentorship sessions will be scheduled in advance. It is your responsibility to attend the sessions on time. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Recordings and Use of Materials
One-on-one mentorship sessions and group sessions may be recorded. By participating, you consent to such recordings being stored, accessed, and made available to you through your account on the Site. Recordings of group sessions may also be made available to other participants. Access to session recordings will continue for as long as you maintain an active subscription, subject to OQuants Ltd.'s discretion.
Scope of Access
Access to group mentorship calls and related resources is limited to the duration of your group mentorship subscription. After the subscription period ends, you will retain access only to past recordings made available to you during your subscription term.
